There, he led the development of first-generation products, advanced recruitment marketing technology, and created custom algorithms and automations for high-volume clients. Earlier in his career, Tim was among the early employees at Indeed, where he drove consumer marketing through SEO/SEM, helping power its rise to the world’s top job site.
Tim joins Aspen at a pivotal moment, with a proven track record of turning ambitious visions into multi-million-dollar realities.
